Movie Review: Runner Runner

I'm bored, so here's my super short review for Runner Runner which I watched last night together :3 I was kinda late, so I entered half way or what I think as half way into the intro.

'RUNNER RUNNER'

The story was OK, just very clichéd and boring after a while. The only part that is attractive is only the part Justin enters the party. The light works were awesome! The rest went back into a very predictable end. 

Gotta admit though, Ben Affleck is UBER HANDSOMEH! I'm really into this guy more than Justin Timberlake #wink #wink But, yeah no. I'm suu not into playboys ha!

Yea, don't get me wrong, but I was really bored. The only thing I was hyped about was sitting next to a colleague oji-san when my Oji-con syndrome is on. Not to mention my LARGE Caramel popcorn, since the stupid theatre apparently ran out of regular pop corn boxes. What losers.

So in all, this is not a real review. It's just drabbles about my first movie back in my home town and how it sucked.

Movie Review: Turbo

TURBOOO!!!!

Seriously, this movie was epic. 

WARNING! SPOILER ALERT!

The story is about a snail, obsessed in racing. It lives in a colony in a garden and works with the house's tomatoes. One day after messing up major time with the other snails, he ran off and ended up on a street racing car. It was then sucked into the car's machine and miraculous survived after drowning in the Nitro Boost, supposedly gave him super power.

So, the story is very unique. Instead of Superman, DreamWorks created a SuperSnail :D The story has moral and in a way really encourage children to never give up in achieving what they want in life. When I saw Ga-ahem-Guy Gagne in the story, it turned to me that the story are more fitting to adults. To encourage adults that in this cruel and hard world, you can still achieve the dreams you had and have. Even when who you look up to screw you up, you still have the chance to shine.

Not only the morals, the sound effects were SUPER AWESOME! It really gave the race feeling. Even with the snails! #LOL 

At the end of the movie, I'm trying so much harder not to give a standing ovation :')

All in all, I'm giving a 8-9-10/10 <3

Double Movie Review!!!

Heeeyy!!! Omg! I installed Blogger in my Tab!!! Super EPIC! Yeah, kkay, todaay I'm reviewing these frickin movies <3 <3
Man of Steel & White House Down!!
White House Down
White House Down starrs Channing Tatum and Jamie Foxx :) Channing is soo hot! Oops spoiler alert! Okay, so I won't summarize the story, but I'll just write down the important parts if the movie...
First is the casting, Channing Tatum is super conpatible to act as anything strong, in this case, a Secret Service Agent wannabe. Jamie Foxx plays as our very own president Barrack Obam- I mean the President of United States of America lol. Great thing about the movie industry is that it follows the current president's feature in this case, having an Afro- American actor play the part! Cools!
The little girl, is not pretty but is very smart and resourceful. I feel its actually a way to give a mindset to girls today to use YouTube
or Blog and be courageous and push to your boundaries.
Overall, the story is a bit boring at first if you're not too keen on watching, but gets better the other half of it. The second half is full of action and the story becomes really deep.
Cool part is there's a twist where you think it will end. I don' know how but the ending could've been better  :)
Man of Steel
Man of steel has a really confusing potrayal of the movie, but the chatacter settings are good. I particularly like the father character (Jal El) he holds the integrity and the authority of a father or leader.
The story wasn't very attractive overall, I don't think that with the quality of the story it can sum up all these years' movie collection of Superman onto one movie. Lol. It's sad but going on... Animation wise, I would like to give it an 8, but my friend gave it a 4-5 because of the colour and repetition. I think its pretty cool cuz I am super sure most of the movie are animated.
I must start randomly sprout out my negative feedbacks for the movie from this point.
Why does General Zod need to open his armour at the end? And what's with the armour anyway? It feels like a modernized version if the Storm Trooper!! Lol. Call me peverted (no, seriously. Don't) but hello? Its a freakin body suit. I can see the 'bulge' as clear as daylight. LOL.
I noticed that the Cryptonite Lady Soldier has her make-up so much like all over the place. This happens when she met Superman and the Human race for the first time. I think it is purposely done to help emphasise the mask/helmet (which so looked like plastic!) but it failed. Like bug time. Her face and her neck has two ao much different tone. I'm just curious, but anyone felt her voice was auto-tuned? Lol. Just saying.
Another point is the action part. Everthing is jumping, punching and crashing windows. Like fucking everthing. The whole action scenes. Gets boring after a while.
Lets say I was so bored to death from the middle of the movie till the end. The whole thing is just meeeh.
I've much more to say, I should've write all these while actually watching the movie!!! Hahaha! So when you read this, you've reached the end of my double reviews :)
To sum up:
WHD was 8/8
MOS was 4/8

Monster High!

Hey! I went for my friend's movie shoot. There's this little cute Malaysian-Korean little girl who was in the movie and she opened 'Monster High' her brother was commenting on how inappropriate the movie is for a 7 year old. Well I must somehow agree to that. It's more like for Middle school kids? 

It's Monster High! Not monster Elementary yea? Things like fashion, make-up, girls posse  Those kinds of things. For a 7 years old. It's seriously HIGHLY inappropriate. 

Plus, I kinda not like the idea of kids WAAAY under age being exposed too EARLY to Teenager things. Imagine 7 years old seeing girls with super duper short skirts, mandatory make-ups. I honestly don't like the image.


Aside from Ethical Morals, I think the idea is good idea! Using the under world concept to be instilled into the community to stop scaring the kids since young. Plus, the illustration is cute! Way cute and sooo able to go into any markets. Stickers, Dolls, Note books and all. Two thumbs up for that.  Inspirable!

I don't believe it has been 5 days since I've posted! GRRR! School has been agonizing! So is my room... #sigh

Okay, honestly it's not only that. It is also extra love triggered by Yaoi (or Gay porn )Criminal Minds Fanfiction. Personally Favourite Pairings are Morgan x Spencer and after some other stories,,, Hotchner x Spencer and Rossi x Aaron :D

Really inappropriate I think to talk about this here but since you're my part half diary or sorts, yeah I shrug it off.

Oh btw, I have a platinum white blond short wig and it looked ridongkulous on me. My plan for now is to go take a bath, wash my hair, dry em and then try that leopard make-up or try to match a make up with that ridongkulous wig >A<
